What data we use

This website has no forms that store data on a server. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or book through our booking system, we use the details you give us (name, contact details and the appointment requested) only to answer you and manage your booking.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or providing the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR). We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. Platforms you choose to use (WhatsApp, the booking system) handle data under their own policies.
